Current showcased work:
Living room addition
Stripped necessary amount of existing siding, anchored the floor and deck to the framing of the house, built framing of addition with installation of new door, windows, siding and roofing. Added new deck and stairs to back door.
Add a level to home
Remove existing rafters and siding of old home, install new beam for second story to be supported by, frame out and build second story from ground up to the roof.
Sunroom remodel
Demo existing screen door and windows, install new framing and insulation in walls & under deck, install siding and finish shiplap interior on ceiling & walls.
